We screen the formula, prepare the dossier and supply the GMP certification and Certificate of Free Sale that registration depends on — and we tell you plainly where we file for you and where your local agent must. Typical timings once your formula and artwork are approved: around 4–8 weeks by sea, roughly 2 weeks by air. Sailing schedules and port conditions vary, so treat these as planning estimates rather than guarantees — we will give you a firm window on your quote.

Which African markets do you serve?
Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Uganda and South Africa, each with its own page setting out the regulator, the route and what we handle. We keep a presence in these markets rather than serving them from a distance.
Do you handle product registration?
In Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana and Uganda we prepare the dossier and manage registration with NAFDAC, the PPB and KEBS, FDA Ghana and the NDA. In South Africa, SAHPRA requires a locally domiciled applicant, so your agent files and we prepare the complete technical dossier behind it.
What is the minimum order?
From 500 boxes — deliberately sized so international freight is economic. Below that, shipping costs more than the product.
How long does delivery take?
Typically around 4–8 weeks by sea or roughly 2 weeks by air once your formula and artwork are approved, delivered door to door with customs handled. Schedules vary, so we quote a firm window rather than a guarantee.
What are the payment terms?
60% to start production and the 40% balance before dispatch — so the order is settled in full before it ships. No surprise charges after the fact.
Do I really get a free website?
Yes. Place an OEM order and our in-house studio builds your brand a custom eight-page website — you pay only USD 20 for the domain. We write the content: product descriptions, brand story, all of it. Free advisory comes with it too.
Can you also build the MLM system and online store?
Yes — our sister studio NaVi Marketing builds your brand website (free with your OEM order, USD 20 for the domain), an MLM back-office for running your network, and an e-commerce store. Those systems can be paid in instalments. Product orders keep the standard terms: 60% to start production, 40% before dispatch.
