Is your supplement manufacturing Halal-certified?
Yes. Production runs under a JAKIM-recognised halal system, with halal-compliant ingredients, capsules and processing throughout — credible in Malaysia, the GCC and other Muslim-majority markets.
What is a MAL number and do I need one?
A MAL number is the registration number the NPRA issues to a notified product. You need it to sell a supplement legally in Malaysia, and we handle the registration that obtains it.
What certifications does a supplement need in Malaysia?
At minimum: NPRA notification (your MAL number); Halal certification for the Muslim market; and manufacturing to GMP and food-safety standards. We manufacture to those standards and manage the registration for you.
Are you GMP certified?
Yes — production is GMP- and ISO 22000-certified, with batch traceability and QA release on every run, including repeat orders.
Do you handle NPRA registration and the Certificate of Free Sale?
Yes. We prepare the dossier, register with the NPRA, and secure your Certificate of Free Sale — mandatory to sell locally and to export.
Does Halal certification help me export to the Middle East?
Significantly. A recognised halal credential is often a precondition for entering GCC and other Muslim-majority markets, and pairs with the Certificate of Free Sale to clear export registration.
