Sampling
Sampling & Prototyping
We produce physical samples — typically in 2–3 weeks — and iterate with you on texture, taste, performance, scent and packaging across as many rounds as it takes to get it right.

Sampling is free, secured by a refundable RM250-per-SKU deposit credited back to your order, so development stays focused on serious briefs — and there's no commitment until the product is exactly what you wanted.
Legality
Legality & Documentation
We screen the formula against prohibited and controlled-ingredient lists, prepare the regulatory dossier, register with NPRA, and secure your Certificate of Free Sale (CFS). Halal and labelling compliance are handled here too.

A fully documented, registered product cleared for sale and export — with compliant labelling, and registration prepared for 24 international markets.

You avoid the costly, common failure of a product that cannot legally be sold. Your paperwork is export-ready from day one.
Agreement
Written Agreement & Quotation

Design
Branding, Design & Packaging
We develop brand name, logo, container and packaging direction — or build around assets you already own — choosing packaging for stability and regulatory fit, not just appearance. Creative is produced by our in-house NaVi Marketing studio.

A shelf-ready brand identity and packaging that protects the product inside it.

You own every design asset, and packaging is validated for compatibility so it won't compromise the formula.
Production
Trial Production & Stability
A pilot batch is produced and put through stability and packaging-compatibility testing — around 3 months — under controlled conditions before any scale-up.

Mass Production
Full-scale manufacturing across our GMP- and ISO 22000-certified facilities (Cyto Tech). You choose your country of origin — Malaysia or China — to suit cost, compliance and target market.
