What’s the minimum order quantity for skincare?
It depends on the formula and packaging, since custom components carry their own minimums. We keep the first run as lean as we sensibly can so you can launch and learn — send us the product and packaging for an exact MOQ.
Can you develop a formula from scratch?
Yes. We formulate to your concept and target skin concern, or adapt a proven base to your texture and active preferences, then lock it as your exclusive formula.
Is the skincare halal-certified, and do you test it?
Yes on both. Production runs under a JAKIM-recognised halal system, and every product is backed by stability, microbiology, heavy-metal and allergen testing before it ships.
Can you make sunscreen?
Yes — sunscreens and SPF products, with the UV/SPF testing and labelling that local and export registration require. Lead times run a little longer because of the added testing.
How long does development take?
Around three months end-to-end to verify stability and packaging compatibility; trial samples typically take two to three weeks.
Do you handle registration and packaging design?
Yes. We notify products with the NPRA, issue the Certificate of Free Sale for export, and our in-house studio designs retail-ready, compliant packaging and artwork.
