NaViBiotech does this in Malaysia under a JAKIM-recognised halal system, developing a signature blend or adjusting a proven base, then handling NPRA notification, the Certificate of Free Sale and packaging. Development runs about three months, with a trial batch to taste in two to three weeks.

What’s the minimum order for an OEM coffee?
It varies with the blend and sachet format, but coffee premixes are one of our more accessible categories to start in. We’ll size a first run that lets you test the market rather than over-commit — tell us the format for an exact figure.
Can you create a custom blend, or only stock recipes?
Both. We’ll develop a signature blend from your brief, or start from a proven base and adjust roast, sweetness and creamer — then lock your final blend so it stays exclusive to you.
Is the coffee halal-certified?
Yes. Blending and filling run under a JAKIM-recognised halal system, with halal-compliant creamers and ingredients throughout.
Can you add collagen, protein or other functional ingredients?
Yes — collagen lattes, protein meal-shakes and benefit-led coffees are core to what we make. We balance the active with taste so the drink still sells on flavour.
How long from brief to finished product?
Around three months end-to-end including stability and packaging checks; a trial batch to taste and approve typically takes two to three weeks.
Do you handle packaging and registration?
Yes. Our in-house studio designs retail-ready, compliant packaging, and we handle NPRA notification, your Certificate of Free Sale and registration for export.
