What’s the minimum order for a pet product?
It depends on the format — powders and chews carry different minimums to packaged food. We keep the first run lean so you can test the market; tell us the format for an exact MOQ.
How do you make sure pets will actually eat it?
Palatability is designed in from the start — we tune flavour and format so the product is accepted in the bowl, then confirm stability and safety in testing. A pet product that fails on taste fails commercially.
Can you formulate from scratch or adapt a formula?
Both. We’ll develop a formula to your brief and target animal, or adapt a proven base — then keep your final formula exclusive to you.
Is halal certification relevant for pet products?
It can be, for ingredient sourcing and for export to certain markets. We can produce to halal-compliant sourcing where your market or positioning calls for it.
Do you make both supplements and treats?
Yes — powders, chews, tablets, toppers and food mixes. Many brands launch a supplement and a treat together to cover both daily-dose and reward occasions.
How long does development take, and do you handle registration?
Around three months end-to-end, trial samples in two to three weeks. We advise on the registration and labelling pathway for pet products in your target markets.
