Your own Multivitamin
supplement, made here.
An OEM multivitamin supplement manufacturer in Malaysia produces tablets, gummies, effervescent tablets and capsules under your brand. Thiamine, folate, vitamin C and B12 lose potency across shelf life, so formulators dose an overage of roughly 10 to 30 per cent above label, and NaViBiotech sets that against stability data, works to JAKIM-recognised halal standards and takes care of NPRA registration. Minimum order starts at 100 boxes.

JAKIM-certified halal
Every product runs through a JAKIM-recognised halal system — the credential that opens Malaysia, the GCC and the wider Muslim market without a second audit.
Two origins, one standard
The same formula runs in Malaysia and in China to the same GMP and ISO 22000 spec. Take a Malaysia country-of-origin to hedge US–China tariffs, or balance cost and capacity across both.
Flexible MOQ
We size the minimum order around your launch, not the other way round. Start small to prove the market, then scale the product line as demand shows up.
Trusted by clients in 50+ countries

Vitamin overages, mineral bulk and nutrient clashes
Multivitamin overages, bulk and antagonism
A multivitamin is the hardest supplement to formulate, because thirty ingredients have to coexist in one tablet for two years. Vitamins degrade at different rates, minerals compete with each other for absorption, and the mineral load alone often exceeds what a single capsule can physically hold.
Overage on labile vitamins
Thiamine, folate, vitamin C and B12 lose potency across shelf life, so formulators dose an overage of roughly 10% to 30% above label. End-of-shelf assay, not day-one assay, is what a regulator or a buyer's lab checks.
Mineral bulk arithmetic
Calcium carbonate is 40% elemental calcium and calcium citrate about 21%. A 500 mg elemental calcium claim needs 1.25 g of carbonate before any excipient. That is why full-RNI multis are two-a-day tablets, not one capsule.
Iron, zinc and copper
Iron, zinc and calcium compete at the same absorption sites, and free iron catalyses breakdown of folate and B12 inside the blend. Coated or encapsulated iron salts limit that. Copper is normally held near 1 mg per 10 to 15 mg of zinc.
Vitamin form and potency
Natural d-alpha tocopherol delivers roughly 1.36 times the activity of synthetic dl-alpha per milligram, so the two are not swapped one for one on a label. Cyanocobalamin is more stable than methylcobalamin in a compressed tablet.
Moisture and film coating
B vitamins are hygroscopic and will cake a blend above roughly 5% moisture. Direct compression usually gives way to granulation, then a film coat to mask taste, seal out humidity and stop light degrading riboflavin and folate.
Formats
Tablets take multivitamins because they carry the highest active density per unit. A size 0 capsule holds roughly 400 to 500 mg of powder, which will not accommodate a full mineral set. Tablet production starts from 100 boxes, so a two-a-day multi is viable at genuine launch volume.
Halal & sourcing
The multivitamin halal file is mostly about carriers rather than actives. Vitamins A, D3 and E arrive as gelatin-coated beadlets, and magnesium stearate can be tallow-derived. Both need vegetable or certified halal equivalents specified at the raw material stage.
Frequently asked questions about OEM multivitamin
OEM multivitamin, answered.
Do you do OEM multivitamin supplements in Malaysia?
Yes — we formulate and manufacture multivitamin supplements under your brand, end-to-end: formula, Halal, NPRA registration, packaging and production.
What is the minimum order for OEM multivitamin?
Low, and sized to your launch rather than a fixed factory quota. Capsules and tablets generally start lower than custom drinks or sachets; tell us the format for an exact figure.
How much does OEM multivitamin cost in Malaysia?
You get a written quote covering formulation, design and production before you commit, and sampling is free, secured by a refundable RM250/SKU deposit credited back against your order.
Is your multivitamin Halal-certified?
Yes — production runs under a JAKIM-recognised halal system, with halal-compliant ingredients and processing throughout.
What formats can you make multivitamin in?
Typically tablets, gummies, effervescent and capsules. We will recommend the format that best suits the actives, your audience and your price point.
How do I start my own multivitamin brand?
Bring the idea and the audience; we handle the multivitamin formula, Halal, registration, packaging and manufacturing. Most founders start with one product and a small run, then expand.
