Your own Superfood
supplement, made here.
An OEM superfood supplement manufacturer in Malaysia produces powders, sachets and gummies under your brand. Spirulina sits near 0.35 g/ml and beetroot powder closer to 0.7, so geometric dilution and matched particle size stop the heavy fraction migrating to the bottom of the tote; NaViBiotech blends to JAKIM-recognised halal standards and registers the product with NPRA. A first order of 100 boxes is enough to launch.

JAKIM-certified halal
Every product runs through a JAKIM-recognised halal system — the credential that opens Malaysia, the GCC and the wider Muslim market without a second audit.
Two origins, one standard
The same formula runs in Malaysia and in China to the same GMP and ISO 22000 spec. Take a Malaysia country-of-origin to hedge US–China tariffs, or balance cost and capacity across both.
Flexible MOQ
We size the minimum order around your launch, not the other way round. Start small to prove the market, then scale the product line as demand shows up.
Trusted by clients in 50+ countries
One team takes you from formula and design through NPRA registration and Certificate of Free Sale — with full product legalization in 24 markets, and clients in 50+ countries.
Superfood manufacturing, registration and ownership
Superfood done right, and owned by you.
We develop your superfood in-house, manufacture it to GMP and ISO 22000, register it, and keep the formula exclusively yours — never resold to another brand.

Density, moisture and label order in superfood
Superfood is a blend engineering problem
Superfood is a marketing category, not a regulatory one. No health authority recognises the word, so nothing on the label can rest on it. What makes these products hard is mechanical: fifteen botanical powders with different densities, moisture behaviour and colours have to blend evenly and stay blended.
Bulk density mismatch
Spirulina sits near 0.35 g/ml, beetroot powder closer to 0.7. Blend them straight and the heavy fraction migrates to the bottom of the tote and the fill weights drift. Geometric dilution and matched particle size fix it.
Hygroscopic fruit powders
Acai, camu camu and beetroot pull moisture and cake into a solid plug. That is a packaging decision as much as a formula one: foil laminate, low-humidity filling room, and often a silica or tapioca flow agent.
Carrier load in fruit powders
Spray-dried fruit powders are typically 20 to 50 percent maltodextrin or gum arabic carrier. Freeze-dried and drum-dried powders are not. Compare quotes on actual fruit solids, because two acai powders can differ by half.
Microbial load control
Raw botanical and grass powders carry high total plate counts. Saturated steam treatment reduces them without the market resistance irradiation attracts, and it is the route that keeps a product saleable in the EU and Japan.
Taste masking green blends
Chlorella and spirulina bring a strong marine, sulphurous note that sweetener alone does not cover. Cocoa, vanilla, coconut milk powder and a small acid load work better. Monk fruit and stevia need a masker to avoid a liquorice finish.
Fairy dusting and label order
Ingredients are declared in descending weight order. A 30-ingredient blend where the last twenty are 5 mg each is visible to any buyer who reads the panel. Fewer ingredients at real doses reads better and costs less.
Formats
A meaningful superfood serving is 5 to 15 grams, which is ten to thirty capsules. That forces powder: stick packs, sachets or a tub with a scoop. Loose-sachet runs start from around 10,000 sticks. Capsule versions exist and start from 100 boxes, but they are a low-dose companion SKU, not the main product.
Halal & sourcing
A twenty-ingredient blend needs twenty halal documents. One spray-dried powder on a non-halal carrier, or one flavour delivered in ethanol, invalidates the whole SKU. Consolidating suppliers is the practical fix before a JAKIM-recognised halal audit.
Frequently asked questions about OEM superfood
OEM superfood, answered.
Do you do OEM superfood supplements in Malaysia?
Yes — we formulate and manufacture superfood supplements under your brand, end-to-end: formula, Halal, NPRA registration, packaging and production.
What is the minimum order for OEM superfood?
Low, and sized to your launch rather than a fixed factory quota. Capsules and tablets generally start lower than custom drinks or sachets; tell us the format for an exact figure.
How much does OEM superfood cost in Malaysia?
You get a written quote covering formulation, design and production before you commit, and sampling is free, secured by a refundable RM250/SKU deposit credited back against your order.
Is your superfood Halal-certified?
Yes — production runs under a JAKIM-recognised halal system, with halal-compliant ingredients and processing throughout.
What formats can you make superfood in?
Typically powders, sachets and gummies. We will recommend the format that best suits the actives, your audience and your price point.
How do I start my own superfood brand?
Bring the idea and the audience; we handle the superfood formula, Halal, registration, packaging and manufacturing. Most founders start with one product and a small run, then expand.
