OEM Sugar-Free supplement

Your own Sugar-Free
supplement, made here.

An OEM sugar-free supplement manufacturer in Malaysia produces gummies, effervescent tablets, powders and drinks under your brand. Sugar both sweetens and fills space, so removing it is a bulking exercise with a sweetener blend on top, usually steviol glycosides or monk fruit alongside erythritol or inulin; NaViBiotech reformulates to JAKIM-recognised halal standards and completes the NPRA registration. Free samples run on a refundable RM250 per SKU.

What we can do /OEM Sugar-Free

Sugar-Free: actives, halal, MOQ

Sugar-Free, under your brand.

Sugar-free formats meet rising clean-label and diabetic-friendly demand. As an OEM sugar-free supplement manufacturer in Malaysia, we formulate and produce sugar-free under your brand — Halal-certified, NPRA-registered, and made end-to-end from a low first run.

Sebagai kilang OEM sugar-free di Malaysia, kami menghasilkan sugar-free di bawah jenama anda — halal, didaftarkan, dan dibuat dari awal hingga akhir dengan MOQ rendah.

Sugar-Free, your way

Made as gummies, effervescent, powders and drinks — the right format for your product and your shelf.

Proven actives

Formulated with sugar-free sweetening systems and clean excipients, at efficacious, compliant doses.

Halal & registered

JAKIM-recognised halal and NPRA registration with a MAL number — legal to sell and trusted by buyers.

Low MOQ to start

Start with a small first run sized to your launch, then scale as it sells.

Your brand & formula

The brand and the formula are yours in writing, and never resold to anyone else.

Made end-to-end

Formulation, Halal, registration, packaging and manufacturing under one roof.

Certifications: GMP, ISO 22000, HACCP and JAKIM Halal

The group edge, on every order.

JAKIM-certified halal

Every product runs through a JAKIM-recognised halal system — the credential that opens Malaysia, the GCC and the wider Muslim market without a second audit.

Two origins, one standard

The same formula runs in Malaysia and in China to the same GMP and ISO 22000 spec. Take a Malaysia country-of-origin to hedge US–China tariffs, or balance cost and capacity across both.

Flexible MOQ

We size the minimum order around your launch, not the other way round. Start small to prove the market, then scale the product line as demand shows up.

Trusted by clients in 50+ countries

One team takes you from formula and design through NPRA registration and Certificate of Free Sale — with full product legalization in 24 markets, and clients in 50+ countries.

Sugar-Free manufacturing, registration and ownership

Sugar-Free done right, and owned by you.

We develop your sugar-free in-house, manufacture it to GMP and ISO 22000, register it, and keep the formula exclusively yours — never resold to another brand.

Sweetener choice and the sugar-free claim rules

Sweetener systems and what sugar-free means

Sugar does two jobs in a formula. It sweetens, and it fills space. Take it out and you have two holes, while a high-intensity sweetener only fills one. A sugar-free reformulation is really a bulking exercise with a sweetener blend on top, plus a defined nutrient claim you have to meet by laboratory analysis.

Sugar-free is a defined claim

Sugar-free is a regulated nutrient claim, not a marketing phrase. The Codex-aligned threshold is no more than 0.5 g of total sugars per 100 g or 100 ml, proven by analysis. No added sugar is a different claim and permits naturally occurring sugars.

Reb A versus Reb M

Steviol glycosides are not interchangeable. Rebaudioside A is cheap and leaves a liquorice bitterness at the back of the palate. Rebaudioside M, made by bioconversion, sits much closer to sucrose and costs several times more. Monk fruit masks most of the tail.

Bulking agents

The volume sugar used to occupy comes back as erythritol, inulin, polydextrose or resistant dextrin. Fibre bulkers earn a second claim on the panel. Erythritol brings a cooling mouthfeel that flatters mint and fights chocolate.

Polyol tolerance

Sugar alcohols are laxative in quantity. Sorbitol and maltitol generate the most complaints, while erythritol is largely absorbed and tolerated better. Tolerance is cumulative across the day, so a chewable eaten hourly needs a tighter budget than one sachet.

Heat and pH stability

Aspartame degrades with heat and does not belong in a hot-brew sachet or a baked product. Sucralose, acesulfame K and steviol glycosides hold up through processing. Match the sweetener to the process, not to the trend.

Formats

Format sets the sweetener system. Chewable tablets need a directly compressible base such as isomalt, mannitol or sorbitol, which supplies both the bulk and part of the sweetness. Sugar-free gummies are built on maltitol or isomalt syrup and set differently in pectin than in gelatin. Tablet and capsule runs can begin at 100 boxes.

Halal & sourcing

High-intensity sweeteners are synthetic or fermented and generally straightforward. The halal file here usually turns on flavours, which are commonly carried in ethanol or propylene glycol, and on the gelatin if the format is a gummy or a softgel.
